ISA Congress 61 – Edinburgh – May 26 The Congress, which is an annual opportunity for international co-operation and friendship for the veteran community, attracts attendees from all around the globe; this year we were pleased to welcome 130 submariners and, in many cases, their partners, from 16 countries, including South Korea, India, Australia, the Americas and across Europe.
