On his 67th Birthday, after more than 10 years serving WRS in various key roles, such as Chairman, Trustee, Treasurer and Operations Manager, Nigel Mellor has decided to lay down his standard and retire from the charity. In front of the Submariners Memorial at the National Memorial Arboretum, on Saturday 25th May, Nigel was presented with a leaving gift by Chairman Mick Dewhirst and a certificate by Founder John Bradbury.
Everyone at WRS thanks Nigel for his dedication to the charity and wishes him a well earned and happy retirement.
